Who benefits from compression socks?
Health care worker/shift workers
Long work hours on your feet allow for gravity to do its work and increase pooling in the lower extremities. Compression socks apply gentle pressure to promote circulation back to the heart and prevents swelling.
Athletes
Reduced risk of muscle fatigue and cramping: By enhancing circulation and oxygen delivery to the muscles, athletes can experience reduced risk of muscle fatigue and cramping.
Reduced risk of injury: By reducing or preventing muscle oscillation or vibration during exercise or athletic performance, compression socks enhance stability, reduce muscle soreness and minimize the risk of common sports-related injuries such as shin splints and calf cramps.
Pregnancy
Reduce swelling: During pregnancy, a women’s body produces 50% more body fluid which can lead to excess swelling.
Improved circulation & less leg discomfort: a growing uterus places more pressure on the veins and the myriad of hormones being released makes pregnant women more susceptible to blood clots.
Travellers
Sitting for long periods of time can cause blood pooling in the lower extremities which lead to swelling and an increased risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Compression socks apply gentle pressure to promote circulation back to the heart thus, reducing the risk of swelling and clotting.
Made with materials that your feet will love.
Micronylon: super soft against your skin and is more stretchy
Sheer: ultra thin fabric for warm seasons and is more stretchy
Merino wool: feels slightly thicker and is a natural thermoregulating fabric. Doesn’t feel as stretchy as the other options
The Heart Behind Pegasole
Hi, I’m Tina — a nurse at heart.
After years working at the bedside, I experienced firsthand the toll long, demanding days can take on your body. I still remember being told I’d need compression socks and thinking I didn’t. But after enough shifts with heavy, fatigued legs, I gave them a try and never worked a shift without them again.
What I quickly realized was that the options were limited. You could find medical-grade support, or you could find something that looked good but rarely both. I wanted something that felt good, supported your body, and fit seamlessly into everyday life.
So I set out to create it.
Today, our compression socks are thoughtfully designed alongside local nurses and tested by healthcare professionals who truly understand the need.
We believe compression isn’t just for long shifts, it’s for everyday life. Whether you’re on your feet all day, at a desk, or simply taking a moment for yourself, small choices can make a big difference in how you feel.
For me, wearing compression has become part of my daily routine, as natural as making a cup of tea in the morning. Because taking care of yourself shouldn’t be an afterthought — it should be built into everything you do.

What level of compression is best for me?
Compression socks are available in a variety of compression levels, ranging from mild to extra firm. The required level of compression depends on individual needs and preferences. Consulting a healthcare provider (e.g. physician or nurse practitioner) is highly recommended to determine which level of compression is best for you. Generally, a compression level of 20-30 mmHg is suitable for most people wanting to get better support for their legs.

Why are there differences between socks?
Differences between socks are common and arise from various factors. Socks of the same size may appear to differ in length when placed side by side, influenced by variations in yarn patterns, types, colors, or yarn direction. The crucial point is that when worn, the socks will conform to their intended fit.
Another variation is that some socks may feel tighter/looser than others, which can also be attributed to these yarn differences. Rest assured, each sock undergoes testing and certification to ensure it falls within specified compression ranges.
In both cases, after several washes and wears, our socks typically settle into their final shape, fit, and feel.
